The Glasgow Clan is pleased to confirm that Canadian forward Brady Risk has extended his contract into the 2026/27 season.

Risk joined the Clan in December 2025 and quickly established himself as an important part of the lineup during the second half of the season and throughout the playoff run. In 43 appearances for Glasgow, the forward recorded 15 goals and 5 assists for 20 points, while also delivering in key moments when it mattered most.

Among those moments were two crucial playoff goals, including one in the home quarter-final victory over the Belfast Giants at Braehead Arena and another during the 3v4 game against the Manchester Storm at the Playoff Final Weekend.

His performances, physical style of play and work ethic quickly made him a fan favourite after arriving in Glasgow midway through the campaign.

Speaking on his return to the Clan for the 2026/27 season, Risk said:

I’m grateful for the opportunity to return to Glasgow next season and excited about the club’s direction both on and off the ice. The support we received during the Final Four weekend, along with the incredible atmosphere in Braehead Arena all season – especially after our playoff win over Belfast – created unforgettable moments that have only fueled our hunger for greater success next year. That’s what the fans deserve, and it’s what this organisation is capable of.

Risk becomes the latest player confirmed as part of the Clan roster for the 2026/27 campaign as preparations continue for the new Elite League season.
