The Glasgow Clan is delighted to confirm that British forward Robert Lachowicz will return for the 2026/27 Elite League season, extending his stay with the club into a fourth consecutive campaign.
A hugely respected figure within the organisation, Lachowicz has remained a committed and dependable part of the Clan throughout both the highs and lows of recent seasons, consistently bringing experience, professionalism, and leadership to the dressing room.
The 36-year-old forward has now played 195 games in purple, recording 28 goals and 38 assists for a total of 66 points during his time in Glasgow.
Last season also saw Lachowicz reach a major personal milestone, celebrating his 1000th career game in the Elite League while representing the Clan. A true testament to both his longevity and contribution to British ice hockey.
Known for his work ethic, versatility, and influence within the group, Lachowicz continues to play an important role on and off the ice as one of the club’s senior figures.
Speaking on his return to Glasgow, Lachowicz said:
This club means a lot to me and I’m proud to be coming back for another season. I’ve been here through some difficult moments and some great ones as well, and I still believe strongly in what we’re building. The support from the fans has always been incredible and I’m excited to get back out there again.
