2026/27 Fixtures Announced

Fife Flyers fans can start marking their calendars with the release of the 2026/27 Elite Ice Hockey League fixtures.

The new campaign begins with four pre-season games at Fife Ice Arena, giving supporters their first chance to see Tim Wallace’s new-look Flyers side in action before competitive hockey returns.

The pre-season schedule gets underway on Friday 28th August as the Flyers welcome Kyiv Capitals (7:30PM), and then Hull Seahawks the following evening on Saturday 29th August (7PM).

The following week Flyers will take part in an exhibition game alongside the Kirkcaldy Kestrels on Saturday 5th September (7PM), before rounding out the pre-season against the Dundee Stars on Sunday September 6th (5PM).

Competitive action begins on Saturday 12th September at 7PM, when local rivals Glasgow Clan visit Kirkcaldy for the Flyers’ opening home game of the season in Challenge Cup action.

League hockey returns to Fife Ice Arena on Sunday 4 October at 5PM, with the Sheffield Steelers providing the opposition in the Flyers’ first home Elite League fixture of the campaign.

The festive schedule once again features plenty of derby action, with the Flyers hosting the Dundee Stars on Boxing Day before making the trip across the Tay two days later. Supporters can then look forward to a Hogmanay clash at Fife Ice Arena as the Belfast Giants visit Kirkcaldy on 31st December at 3PM.

The regular season concludes with a home-and-away weekend against the Dundee Stars, with the Flyers travelling to Dundee on Saturday 3rd April before bringing the curtain down on the regular season at Fife Ice Arena on Sunday 4th April at 6PM.
