Specsavers return as official shorts sponsor

Partick Thistle are delighted to announce that Specsavers are our official shorts sponsor for a fourth consecutive season.

Britain’s premier optical retailer have had their logo proudly displayed on Thistle kits since late 2022 and that will continue through to the end of the 2026/27 campaign.

The relationship was forged by life-long Jags fan and local branch Director Neil Drain as bonds were created between Firhill and the Specsavers stores in Kirkintilloch, Bishopbriggs, Trongate and Byres Road.

As well as appearing on our shorts, their branding can also be seen on the Colin Weir Stand, in front of the Jackie Husband Stand and behind the City End goal.

Partick Thistle Acting General Manager Graham McRoberts said:

“We’re delighted to have the support of Specsavers for another season with their iconic logo taking pride of place on our kit and around the stadium.

“Neil’s passion for the Jags is what got this relationship started nearly four years ago and it is what continues to propel it forward to this day.

“I know we’ve got players in the squad who have made use of the excellent service and specialist eye care available at the local branches and it’s fantastic to have partnerships which benefit the club beyond the valuable financial support.”
