The countdown to the 2026/27 season continues as the Glasgow Clan prepares to welcome supporters back to Braehead Arena for Hockey Homecoming on Saturday 22nd August.

With doors opening at 12:00pm, Hockey Homecoming promises an afternoon celebrating the sport, bringing together players, supporters and the wider Scottish hockey community ahead of the new season. A full event timetable will be confirmed in the coming weeks.

Meet the Management Team

Supporters will have the opportunity to hear directly from the club’s management during a live Q&A session, discussing recruitment throughout the off-season, preparations for the 2026/27 campaign and what fans can expect when the new season gets underway.

HER 3v3 returns

Following the success of its inaugural tournament in March, the HER 3v3 Tournament returns to Braehead Arena.

Featuring some of the top female players from around the world, the tournament will see seven fast-paced 3v3 games, showcasing speed, skill and high-tempo hockey throughout the afternoon.

Scottish Hockey Alumni take to the ice

The Scottish Hockey Alumni Event will bring together some familiar faces from years gone by, with teams representing Glasgow, Edinburgh, Fife and Dundee competing in an entertaining 3v3 tournament.

Former Glasgow Clan captain Dyson Stevenson will pull on the Glasgow jersey as he returns to Braehead Arena to celebrate his induction onto the club’s Warrior Wall of Fame. His banner will be officially unveiled during the day in recognition of his contribution to the Clan.

Hockey Homecoming will also see the club officially unveil its 2026/27 Home, Road, Alternate and Warm-Up jerseys for the first time.
