Step Back in Time for Glasgow Clan Retro Night

This Sunday 22 March, the Glasgow Clan invite fans to step back in time for a very special Retro Night at Braehead Arena.

For one night only, the Clan will be paying tribute to Glasgow’s ice hockey heritage with a brand-new grey knitted-style jersey featuring a purple “G” on the front – inspired by the Mohawks and Dynamos, the city’s pioneering teams from the 1930s who skated at the Crossmyloof Ice Rink.

Fans will see the players wearing this unique retro jersey during the game, bringing a slice of history to the modern ice. And you could win one in our full team shirt off the back draw, with the winning numbers being published during the third period.

It’s a night to celebrate Glasgow’s ice hockey roots while enjoying all the excitement on the ice and fans are encouraged to join in the fun by donning their own retro jerseys, whether Glasgow Clan, Braehead Clan, or NHL.
