The Glasgow Clan are back in action this weekend with a double-header as they look to finish the season strong.
The Clan face the Fife Flyers for the final time this season at Braehead Arena. Glasgow have had the upper hand in recent encounters, winning four of five matchups. Fans will remember the high-scoring clash on 22nd February with goals from McKay, Messner, and Tedesco, and the 21st February game where Neumann, Pare, Schwartz, and Messner found the net.
Ticket Update: This game is now SOLD OUT. There are no tickets remaining for Friday’s clash, marking another sell-out at Braehead.
On Saturday, the Clan travel to take on the Guildford Flames – a side they have yet to beat this season. Despite not having claimed a victory yet, the Clan have kept it close with three overtime losses, showing that a win is well within reach. Recent meetings saw an overtime defeat on 6th March with goals from Messner and Neilson, and a regulation loss on 30th January with Lacho and Schwartz scoring for Glasgow.
Roster Update: As the season nears its conclusion, injuries continue to impact selections. Pare and Tedesco will sit out this weekend, but fans will welcome the return of Alex Forbes, who comes back to the lineup after missing the last nine games with a lower-body injury.
The Clan will be looking to build momentum and make a strong finish to the season across this challenging weekend.
