Clan Confirm Cole Kodsi for 2026/27 Season

The Glasgow Clan are delighted to announce the signing of 25-year-old American forward Cole Kodsi for the 2026/27 season.

The 6ft 2in power forward arrives in Glasgow after spending the past two seasons with the Orlando Solar Bears in the ECHL, following an impressive collegiate career at Bentley University in Massachusetts, USA.

Kodsi continued to develop his all-around game during the 2025/26 campaign in Orlando, recording 11 goals and 9 assists for 20 points in 56 regular season appearances. Known for his physical style and relentless work ethic, the American forward now makes the move across the Atlantic for the next chapter of his career.

Of the move, Cole said:

Super excited to officially join the Glasgow Clan organization for this upcoming season. I’ve heard nothing but great things about the city, the fans, the organization and the atmosphere. I’m a hard working physical forward that competes every night and I’m coming over super hungry.

Director of Hockey Operations Zach Vinnell believes Kodsi’s game is perfectly suited to the Clan’s identity heading into the new season.

Cole is an exciting player, who is just getting his feet wet in the pro game. He is an energy guy with great details on and off the puck. He had a really strong finish to his season in Orlando and is excited for that to carry over in first season here in Glasgow. Cole’s work ethic won’t be questioned and we couldn’t be happier about the signing.

Kodsi becomes the latest addition to the Clan roster as preparations continue for the 2026/27 campaign, bringing size, physicality, and a high-compete mentality to the forward group.
