We are delighted to announce that East Fife and Scotland great Gordon Durie will be our guest of honour in the hospitality lounge at our next home game!
After starting his career with East Fife, Gordon went on to play for Hibs, Chelsea, Spurs, Rangers and Hearts, and he is the most successful player to come through the ranks at East Fife since the glory days of the 1940s and 1950s.
He won 43 caps for Scotland and played in two European Championships and two World Cups, leading the line in the opening match of the 1998 World Cup finals against Brazil.
He was voted into the club’s All-Time Greats XI alongside the likes of Charlie Fleming and Henry Morris, fellow Scotland internationalists, and later went on to be the manager at Bayview where it had all begun for him as a 16-year-old.
Gordon and his wife will be our special guests in our Matchday Hospitality Lounge for the match against Peterhead on Saturday 11th April.
