McDonalds Community Champion – East Park School

At our recent home match against Dunfermline Athletic, Partick Thistle Charitable Trust CEO Fraser Cromar presented the McDonald’s Community Champion award to representatives of East Park School.

Located on Maryhill Road, East Park is a school and residential housing complex for children with additional support needs and they have been operating for over 150 years with a focus on helping individuals grow and thrive alongside their peers.

The young people of East Park are regularly involved in volunteering roles in the Maryhill and Springburn areas, including work done with the Partick Thistle Charitable Trust and this award recognises their efforts to improve the local community.
