Your new look MKM Dundee Stars are delighted to announce our game night and season ticket prices for the 2026-27 season.

Seated Game night prices for season 2026-27 will be as follows;

Single standing season ticket and game night prices have generally been frozen again for a second season.

Standing Game night prices for season 2026-27 will be as follows;

Game night tickets can be purchased online only from 3 August and will be subject to a £2 booking fee per ticket.

SEASON TICKETS

Your season ticket will cover all home regular season league games PLUS Challenge Cup group games.

Within the current league set up this will be 33 home games, 27 regular season games and 6 Challenge Cup games. This is subject to change at the annual fixture meeting.

Moving forward, each season, season tickets will be strictly capped at 1,500. Once they’re gone, they’re gone. Once this number is reached a waiting list will open on a first come basis.

IN FULL – Credit / Debit Card, Apple Pay or Google Pay

DIRECT DEBIT – Deposit will be taken from your account 3-5 working days after signing up and then 7 ADDITIONAL MONTHS starting 1^st of the next month.

All payment plans are for a maximum of 8 months.

DIGITAL SEASON TICKETS

A few seasons ago the MKM Dundee Stars went digital for all ticketing, this will continue for the 2026-27 season. This means that all season ticket payments should be made via the website and completed at check out. We can no longer except cash.

PHYSICAL TICKETS

Physical tickets will be available for those who wish to receive one, however there is a charge of £5 per season ticket. This can be checked at checkout on purchasing your season tickets.

If you lose your physical season ticket, there will be a charge of £25 per ticket to produce a replacement.

We would encourage all fans to go digital as this speeds up entry to the arena using our ticketing app.

SEASON TICKET LOYALTY RENEWAL – PUCK DROP – 1^st PERIOD

Current Season Ticket Holderswill have an exclusive priority period to secure their seat for the 2026/27 season.

During this renewal window, supporters will also have access to a reduced renewal price, which is lower than the prices available during the second and third periods.

From8 May at 10am to 24 May, existing season ticket holders can renew their current seat or standing position or choose to move to a different available location within the arena.

Fans can also choose or change their seat to a different category, if they can verify the change with photo ID and enter their correct date of birth. ie U18’s changing to Concession tickets or Adults changing to concessions, when they reach 65.

At checkout you can pay in full or set up a payment plan via go cardless.

All payment plans have a £20 admin fee added at checkout. Which is included in the illustrations below.

START OF THE 2ND PERIOD

From25 May to 12 June, existing season ticket holders can continue to renew their current seat or choose to move to a different available location within the arena, however each season ticket will be £20 more expensive, than in the 1st period.

Within this 2nd period, NEW season ticket holders can purchase season ticket seats in their desired section from those available in the arena.

Please note – The renewal window will close on 11 June.

Ticket prices during the 3rd period will remain the same as in period 2, however all seats will be released for general sale on 12 June and open to the general public, so please renew your seat before 11 June.

FAQ’s

What does my season ticket include?

Your Season Ticket gives you a guaranteed seat for all MKM Dundee Stars home Elite Ice Hockey League regular season games and Challenge Cup group stage games at Dundee Ice Arena. It does not include quarter‑final, semi‑final, or knockout games, though you get first refusal on additional fixtures.

I’m renewing my ST, can I add more tickets to my order?

Yes. You can renew the tickets you currently hold and then add another seat if you wish. Any issues please contact [emailprotected]

I have multiple season ticket but want to renew less. Can I do this?

Yes. When you login into the ticket portal, you can deselect any seats you do not wish to renew.

I’m renewing my season ticket, but I want to move to a different section. Can I do that?

Yes. When you login, deselect your seat and you will be shown available seats around the arena. You can select a new seat as normal.

I want a season ticket card, how do I get one?

Season ticket cards are £5 per ticket and can be purchased through the website while completing your purchase at checkout. Click delivery option.

Can I transfer or give my season ticket to someone else?

Yes. However, your ticket must be used by someone in the same category (e.g., adult, concession or u18). Otherwise, entry may be refused. On a game night, a friend or family member in a different category can use your season ticket, however, they will need to pay any monetary difference.

Do I need proof of eligibility for discounted categories?

Yes. If you are a Child, Student, or Senior, you must provide valid ID showing you meet the age or status requirements.

What are the criteria for each category of tickets?

ADULT – 18 – 64 years old

CONCESSION – Full time students under 23, Registered Disabled or 65+

UNDER 18 – 17 years old or younger before 31st August 2026

FAMILY (2 ADULTS & 2 UNDER 18) 2 Adults family seats 18 + and 2 seats 17 years old or younger before 31st August 2026

Does my Wheelchair/Disabled ticket include a companion ticket?

Yes. We do require the necessary documentation to prove eligibility. When providing your documentation, our ticketing team will discuss your companion ticket options, please email [emailprotected] to discuss

Can I pay by instalments?

Yes. Payment plans are available. You can pay in 8 monthly instalments via GoCardless at checkout. Direct debit payments will be taken from 1st of the month and the intial deposit 3-5 working days after you sign up. All payment plans will end on December 1st 2026 or 1st January depending on when you purchase. There will be a £20 per ticket admin fee, at checkout, spread £2.50 per month.

I initially bought multiple season tickets and transferred them to others through the app. Who needs to renew the ticket?

The current owner of the ticket must renew their own ticket. Not the person who initially bought the ticket. If you are needing assistance please email [emailprotected]

What happens if I miss a payment?

If you miss two months payments, we will cancel your season ticket and you will not be refunded for any monies already paid.

Can I get a refund or exchange my ticket once purchased?

No. There are no refunds or exchanges after purchase.

Am I required to sit in my allocated seat?

Yes. You must sit in your allocated seat for every game. If you wish to stand by the glass please purchase a standing season ticket instead.

How strictly is behaviour enforced at games?

The club reserves the right to refuse entry or revoke your ticket for behaviour considered damaging, injurious, or a nuisance. No discrimination or abuse of staff, players, officials, or fans is tolerated.

Can I bring food or drink into events?

No. In line with Dundee Ice Arena terms, outside food and drink are prohibited. Please support our arena.

Can I get an accessible season ticket?

Yes. We offer accessible season tickets along with 1 complimentary essential companion ticket per person. Please note, your essential company will be responsible for you in an emergency.

Terms & Conditions: Tickets

The Dundee Stars may apply a fee in addition to the Ticket Price to cover the costs associated with processing and issuing of Tickets purchased. In case the Match is fully cancelled, the refund, if issued, will include ONLY the face value/printed value of the ticket(s). The holder cannot, under any circumstances, claim refunds on facility fees, processing fees, handling fees, and such other charges.

Changes to Date, Arena and Cancelations.

Please note that dates, times and in some cases, the location of all Matches are subject to alteration and change.
Matches may be delayed, rescheduled, interrupted, or cancelled. If a home match is cancelled in its entirety due to any unforeseen circumstances, Dundee Stars have the sole and absolute right to:
· i) reschedule/set an alternative date, or
· ii) issue a partial/full refund, or
· iii) not issue any refunds.

Dundee Stars reserve the right to also make reasonable alterations or changes to the match night programme, staging or seating of the arena, without being obliged to refund tickets. But will, where possible notify you of any such changes.

Please note we do not accept ticket cancellations or refunds under any circumstances.

Charges – all game night ticket sales will incur a £2.00 booking fee per ticket.

No refunds available for any unused tickets.

In the event that duplicate copies appear, the venue reserves the right to refuse entry to all ticket holders. Event date and time is subject to change without notice

Refund for loss of ticket

After purchase the holder of this ticket is responsible for its care. Dundee Stars do not accept any responsibility for any loss or damage of the ticket.

Exclusion of Liability

Dundee Stars and Dundee Ice Arena do not take any responsibility for personal/financial damages caused to you at the venue, or for any items lost/stolen/misplaced at the venue.

You are responsible for your own safety and the safety of any accompanying children when you are at the Arena.

You accept the risks and dangers of attending these matches. Please always keep an eye on the puck and during warm up be mindful there are many pucks on the ice at one time.

Standing

Dundee Ice Arena is mainly a seated arena and therefore all customers are expected to remain seated during events, customers blocking walkways or fire escapes will be requested to take to their seats or standing position. During ice hockey games customers must limit movement during play to prevent injury to yourself or others, should this be unavoidable you will be able to stand on the concourse until the next stop in play. Customers are encouraged to remain seated until the final buzzer unless leaving the Arena.

Dundee Stars and Dundee Ice Arena reserves the right to make changes to the Conditions of Entry. All changes will be notified to you by being displayed on the Dundee Stars website. Fans are expected to adhere to the latest home venue health & safety guidelines (e.g. any social distancing measures or the wearing of face coverings).Age Limits

All children under 14 must be accompanied by an appropriate adult throughout their visit to the Arena.

Intoxication levels

Customers wishing to enter the Arena under the influence of alcohol / drugs will be refused entry.

Customers who become intoxicated during an event will be requested to leave the venue.

Customers refused entry or ejected from the Arena are not entitled to a refund of any form.

Season Ticket Terms & Conditions

• • There is one season ticket options. Which at the time of writing will cover all 27 Elite League Regular Season home games AND Challenge Cup group games played at Dundee Ice Arena. This will be confirmed after the league fixture meeting in late summer.
  • Whilst requests will be met wherever possible, allocation of Season Tickets will be solely at the discretion of the Club.
  • The club reserve the right to deny any season ticket holder entry to the home venue.
  • The club reserve the right to revoke a season ticket at any time.
  • U18 tickets – 17-years-old and under as at 31/08/2026.
  • Children under the age of 3 as at 31/08/2025 do not require a season ticket, as long as they can sit on a parent or guardian’s knee.
  • Concessions – Over 65 as at 31/08/2026or u23s, 22 years-old and under as at 31/08/26 in full time education. Proof will be required
  • All discounted tickets will be asked for ID at time of purchasing your Season Ticket, you may also be asked for ID on entry to the home venue.
  • A one off admin fee of £20 will be applied to the cost of your season ticket for all payment plans. Please note this is in addition to the cost of your Season Ticket.
  • Unless you select a printed card, you will need to download your tickets to our app and scan in for each game. Printed physical cards cost an additional £5. Information on how to download the app will be e-mailed after purchase.
  • If you transfer your season ticket via the app, your barcode on the app becomes invalid. This includes after the recipients sends the ticket back to you. Therefore, you should only transfer on the app if you intend to use the app going forward. If you send via the app and then wish to use a Season Ticket card, you will need to order one by contacting us and paying £25 for a replacement card.
  • There will be a £25 replacement fee for lost/stolen cards.
  • Please note we do not accept season ticket cancellations under any circumstances, once the seat has been allocated and accepted. You will be liable for the full cost of the season ticket.
  • Please note we do not provide refunds on season tickets in any circumstance, you are liable for the full cost of the season ticket.
  • Please note there will be a £35 fee to transfer/reallocate season ticket seats once they have been confirmed and accepted.
• In applying for a Season Ticket, you recognise and accept that the Dundee Stars have the right to:
  • Offer ticketing promotions during the course of the season, which may or may not alter the relative value of the season ticket.
  • Remove any section of seating from use at any time, for any reason, without penalty.
  • Reschedule season ticket games or substitute alternative fixtures.
• Food and beverages must be obtained from the home venue.
• All recording equipment is strictly prohibited in the home venue.
• Always keep your eye on the pucks when in the home venue.
• Access to all levels is via a number of steps. Customers suffering from vertigo or have mobility issues are advised to sit in the rows A and B where available and appropriate.
• Ticket holders can only enter once per game, you cannot leave and then re-enter, unless they have their hand stamped at the smoking door.
• Ticket holders may have bags searched at every home game.
• Due to new laws coming into force, random person searches may be conducted at future games by fully trained security.
• Food cannot be brought into the Arena. If you have special dietary requirements contact us in advance of the season –[emailprotected]
• You can download the app to access your season tickets here on to your mobile device. Current customers can use the ‘Forgot Credentials’ option on the App to reset their password.
• All Direct Debit payments will be taken on 1st of the month or the next working day
• Direct Debit payments that fail, will result in £10 charge per failed Direct Debit. This will be payable by debit or credit card.
• If your Direct Debit fails twice, your Season Ticket will be cancelled.
• Direct Debits cancelled by the customer will result in your Season Ticket being cancelled. Reinstatement will result in a £10 charge. This will be payable by debit or credit card.
