Chic Charnley has got his. Chris Erskine has got his. Ian MacCall has got his and Denis McQuade has got his …..if you don’t have yours then you will need to act fast to make sure you don’t miss this unique 150th Anniversary event .
Fewer than 100 tickets remain on sale for the newly-updated version of Partick Thistle Football Crazy at Oran Mor on May 26 and May 27.
Part of Thistle’s year-long celebration of the club’s 150th anniversary, the hit stage drama reunites two of the original 1993 cast in a rehearsed read-through of the improved and extended script.
Callum Cuthbertson and Frank Miller were part of the play’s original production, first at the Arches and then the Pavilion. They are joined by Ross Allan and Julie Coombe in a line-up whose combined credits include the National Theatre of Scotland and countless pantos, as well as big-screen hits – Neds, A Shot At Glory – and TV staples ranging from Outlander, Shetland, Scot Squad, Rab C Nesbitt, Still Game, Gary, Tank Commander and River City all the way to Taggart.
Savour the strange true story of the greatest Maryhill football team the world has ever seen. Share the lifelong agony and fleeting joy of supporting Glasgow’s non-conformist alternative.
Your support at Firhill has helped take Partick Thistle to the verge – once again – of the Scottish Premiership. Your support at Oran Mor could mean that Partick Thistle Football Crazy makes a full-scale theatrical return at some point later during the club’s 150th anniversary season.
Dare to be different. Colour your world Red and Yellow on Tuesday, May 26, and Wednesday, May 27. Kick-off 7.30pm. Tickets available at £10 plus booking fee
