Queens Park Ticket Ballot Information

The ticketing process for our William Hill Championship game against Queen’s Park at the city Stadium on Saturday, 7th November has begun.

We will receive an allocation of 208 tickets for the fixture and these tickets will be made available first to our ‘Jags For Generations’ season ticket holders via a ballot.

The club has now sent an email to eligible supporters inviting them to opt in or opt out of the ballot via a Google Forms link. Ballot entries will close at 10am on Friday, 16th October.

The ballot will take place on Monday, 19th October with invoices sent to successful entrants via Fanbase that day. Unsuccessful entrants will also receive confirmation once the ballot has taken place.

Ticket invoices must be paid by 12pm on Monday, 26th October; if any invoices are not paid by that point, the associated tickets will be re-balloted with invoices sent that same day to supporters who are successful in the re-ballot.

The deadline to pay the invoice for re-balloted tickets will be 12pm on Wednesday, 28th October.

Last season, when balloting tickets we encountered issues delivering to Hotmail email addresses – this problem has been investigated and remedied ahead of this ballot.

If you are expecting an email but do not receive it or face any other ballot related issues, please get in touch with .

To ensure as many different ‘Jags For Generations’ season ticket holders as possible get the chance to attend one of our trips to the city Stadium this season, successful applicants for the November fixture will be ineligible to enter the ballot for our match on the southside in March.

When applying to enter the ballot for next month’s game, supporters with multiple ‘Jags For Generations’ season tickets connected to their account can select the number of tickets from that group that they would like to apply for. Such groups will be successful or unsuccessful as a collective.

For the Queen’s Park ballot in March, groups will only be eligible to enter for the amount of tickets equal to the number of ‘Jags For Generations’ members in your group who did not receive a ticket in the November ballot. For example, if a group of five successfully apply for three tickets this time, they will only be eligible to apply for two tickets next time we face Queen’s Park.
