East Fife Football Club is delighted to announce the signing of Oluwatobi Joseph.
The 25-year-old midfielder, known as Tobi, arrives at Bayview having spent the second half of last season with Dumbarton.
Tobi joined Dumbarton from English side Worksop Town, having previously built up a varied footballing background across Europe and the United States.
His career has included time in the United States with Bethesda FC, while he also gained experience in Germany with FC Nürnberg, ASV Zirndorf and DJK Ammerthal before continuing his career in England.
The midfielder joined up with his new teammates at training on Tuesday before putting pen to paper on his deal at Bayview.
