Glasgow Clan is entering a new strategic growth phase and is seeking an experienced Group Director of Hockey Operations to lead roster construction, recruitment strategy, and operational delivery at executive level. We are seeking a proven leader with elite-level recruitment experience, strong knowledge of import regulations, and the ability to align performance success with long-term sustainability.
This is a senior leadership role responsible for:
- Building competitive EIHL rosters
- Leading international scouting and recruitment
- Managing hockey operations staff and budget
- Ensuring league compliance and visa processes
- Contributing to commercial growth and organisational strategy
