The Role
The successful applicant will be required to commit to three evenings per week, consisting of two training nights and Friday evening matches. There may be some flexibility around training nights.
Working alongside our existing coaching and support staff, the Head Coach will be responsible for planning and delivering a positive, development-focused programme for the Under-20s squad.
We are looking for someone who will:
- Value individual player development over results
- Work collaboratively with the club’s existing coaching and support staff
- Design and deliver high-quality coaching sessions in line with the club’s development framework
- Be familiar with VEO video analysis software
- Hold a valid UK driving licence
- Demonstrate enthusiasm, professionalism and a commitment to developing young players
Applicants will preferably hold a UEFA B Licence.
A PVG check will be required before appointment.
Training kit will be provided.
