After a hugely successful partnership throughout last season, Seven Wealth are back as the club’s Player of the Month award sponsor for the 2026/27 campaign!

The Glasgow-based wealth management firm helped hand out nine monthly prizes and will continue to do so over the coming year starting today as the vote for the July contest is launched.

On the extension of the partnership, Seven Wealth’s Managing Director and Jags fan Chris Cassidy said:

Seven Wealth are delighted to continue our partnership celebrating the best talent at Partick Thistle.

“It was a privilege to be associated with the team last season and it’s no coincidence they are firing and motivated to go one better this year!

“Financial goals need a game plan and we’re here to get you moving in the right direction. Plan with purpose. Prosper with confidence. Here’s to a successful season all round!”

Now, it’s time to make your pick for the July Seven Wealth Player of the Month from the following nominees!

Lewis Budinauckas

The season started in ideal fashion for Thistle’s number one as he picked up a pair of relatively stress-free clean sheets against Brechin City and Forfar Athletic. Next up was a trip to face Livingston where, after a 1-1 draw, Lewis shone in the penalty shootout by denying three of the hosts’ spot kicks to earn his side a crucial bonus point.

Seb Drozd

Summer signing Seb Drozd has made an extremely positive impression across his first four competitive games in Thistle colours. The ex-Queen’s Park winger came off the bench against Brechin at Firhill and found the back of the net after just six minutes on the pitch, following it up with a goal four minutes into his first start when the Maryhill Men took on Forfar at Station Park.

Gary Mackay-Steven

The distinction of scoring the first competitive goal of Thistle’s season went to Gary Mackay-Steven who was the shining star of the Jags’ opening day win over Brechin City. The former Hearts man turned home a Paddy Reading cross to get the scoring started and volleyed in his second to make it 3-0 from an Aidan Fitzpatrick corner just before the half-hour mark. Also on his group stage resume was the assist for Ts’oanelo Lets’osa’s goal away to Forfar.

Dan O’Reilly

Contributing at both ends of the pitch, Dan O’Reilly has played an important role in Thistle’s July successes. As well as contributing to two clean sheets and captaining the side twice, O’Reilly has set goals up against Brechin and Stenhousemuir and scored one of his own in the Jags’ 4-0 win over Forfar Athletic when he headed home from a Euan Henderson corner.
