The Glasgow Clan celebrated the 2025/26 season in style on Monday night, as players, staff, and supporters came together for the annual Glasgow Clan Awards Night.
Held towards the end of another memorable campaign, the evening recognised the standout contributions both on and off the ice, highlighting the individuals who have played a key role in the team’s journey this season.
A special thank you also goes to Vortex Events for delivering a fantastic production setup on the night, helping to elevate the entire evening and create a truly memorable experience for everyone in attendance.
The night began by honouring those whose efforts often go unseen but are vital to the Club’s success.
Kevin McCoskrie was named Unsung Hero Off Ice, a testament to his dedication and hard work behind the scenes. On the ice, Colton Poolman received Unsung Hero On Ice, reflecting his commitment and contribution throughout the season that may not always show on the scoresheet but never goes unnoticed within the locker room.
Attention then turned to the performances that defined the Clan’s 2025/26 campaign.
Tristin Langan enjoyed a standout year, picking up Forward of the Season as well as the Player’s Player of the Season award, a recognition that speaks volumes, having been voted for by his teammates.
On the blue line, Steven Seigo was a dominant force throughout the season, earning Defenceman of the Season before also being crowned Most Valuable Player, underlining his importance at both ends of the ice.
Rylan Schwartz was awarded the Coach’s Player of the Season, highlighting the impact and consistency that made him a trusted figure within the squad.
Fan recognition saw Brett Neumann named the Official Supporters Club Player of the Season, a testament to his standout performances and popularity with the Clan faithful throughout the campaign.
As always, the Clan Awards Night was about more than just trophies. It provided an opportunity for everyone connected to the Club to come together and reflect on the season, with supporters also taking part in the evening’s raffle prizes.
With the season entering its final weeks, the focus now shifts to a strong finish as the Clan push for a favourable play-off seeding – but for one night, it was all about celebrating the moments and the people who made this campaign one to remember.
